Donations at 3 Levels
All donations fund the setup and execution of exclusive three-day career strategy seminars and career transition services. All seminar alumni receive one-on-one career strategy coaching at no charge. Our services are also extended to the spouses and family members of our seminar alumni. Your generosity allows us to bring current market trend information to these veterans, who are often entering the civilian job market for the first time.Â
The ESEL Seminar™ covers traditional job search planning, such as resume building, interview skills, and job search methodology. We also cover equally essential subjects that the soon-to-be veteran may not be aware of, like networking, developing clear communication with potential employers, and understanding a company’s culture and mission.Â
Our team focuses on senior military leaders and Special Operations team members. Our mission is to empower the soon-to-be veteran to achieve their full potential in a civilian career while fostering a community of professional success and personal well-being.Â
Our vision is a future in which every transitioning service member has the tools to build a fulfilling and balanced life after the military. We strive to be a leading source of support and empowerment to ensure veterans can access the resources and opportunities to thrive in all aspects of life.
Individual Contributor
Individual donations of $20 or more are welcome and appreciated. Each dollar donated will go towards expenses for the in-person 3-day seminars, and one-on-one personal coaching will be offered to each seminar alumni. Our services are extended to the seminar alumni's military spouses and family members. The more donations, the more veterans we can help.
Corporate/Personal Supporter
The Supporter level is a monthly commitment of $25, $50, $75, or $100. The recurring charge will begin on the 1st of the month following the initial donation. Supporters will receive recognition on our website and at events.Â

Businesses that donate $5000-25,000 will have access to our seminar alumni as well as an open invitation to attend networking events to meet the amazing talent pool of future candidates.Â
